MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - UPDATE (9/5/18 at 4:40 p.m.):
Daniel Maze, of Fairmont, was traveling north on Interstate 79 in a 2005 Ford F-150 near the Interstate 68 intersection when he ran off the left side of the roadway, came back onto the roadway, possibly overcorrected, went back off the roadway and began rolling numerous times, according to deputies.
Maze's truck came to rest on its top, and he was partially pinned underneath the truck until emergency crews were able to free him, deputies said.
The accident occurred at approximately 8:11 a.m., and both northbound lanes of I-79 were shut down until approximately 10:45 a.m., deputies said.
Maze was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries by Monongalia County EMS.
The Triune-Halleck and Westover volunteer fire departments, the West Virginia Division of Highways and the Westover Police Department assisted deputies on scene.

A car overturned near the Interstate 79 and Interstate 68 intersection in Monongalia County Wednesday morning.
The accident occurred in the northbound lanes near mile marker 150 at approximately 8:30 a.m., according to Monongalia County 911 officials. As of 9:45 a.m., both northbound lanes were still closed, officials said.
Officials said there were patients transported from the scene but were not sure how many people were taken to the hospital as of 9:45 a.m.
The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department will investigate the accident and has a reconstruction crew on scene, officials said. The Westover Volunteer Fire Department and Monongalia County EMS assisted deputies.
