One way to spend Sunday’s in the summer is by having fun at the Bridgeport Farmer’s Market.
With farm fresh produce, live entertainment, homemade crafts, and various vendors, the Bridgeport Farmer’s Market in the Charles Pointe Development has most of what you’ll find at a supermarket.
Board members said the market is a great place to have lunch, take the family, or to just come and browse around.
“It is a one stop show. You can come you can eat lunch, you can gather your groceries for the week, anything you can’t pick up here you can stop at Kroger and get the one or two things that you might not be able to get at the farmer’s market. It’s really a family event we have the pop club for kids, we always have live music and again, brunches here. So come and make a day out of it.” said Heidi Nawrocki, a farmer’s market board member.
The farmer’s market is every Sunday from in the Charles Pointe Development off I-79. The market runs until mid-October.
