Outdoor Mass service begins final day of 40th Italian Heritage Festival

Harrison

The final day of the Italian Heritage Festival began Sunday morning with an outdoor Mass for the public.

A large crowd gathered in front of the Harrison County Courthouse for the service that began at 10 a.m.

Reverend Hilarion V. Cann led the service, along with Father Patsy Iaquinta and Father Chris Turner.

Luckily for those in attendance the sun wasn’t out too hot yet, so everyone could be comfortable whether they were sitting or standing.
