Super bowl tailgate held at the Clarksburg Baptist Church

There are many different places to watch the Super Bowl and tailgating at the Clarksburg Baptist Church Super Bowl tailgate was an option Sunday night.

The event was free to the public and offered food and multiple tvs to watch the game.

The church also had a table of gloves, coats, and warm clothing available to anyone who needed the items.

Tailgating during the Super Bowl is something the church as been doing for years, and they said it’s a great way to get the community together.

“Its really fun and relaxed and I feel like it’s a really welcoming place to hang out,” said Samantha Karle, a church member. 

“Really we put this party on just to reach out to the community. Tell them that they can come to this church and find Jesus here and to feed everyone and just to have fellowship with the lord in his house,” said Karlee Harbaugh, a church member. 

Over 100 people showed up to celebrate the big day.
