William Boggs annual status hearing sees no change

Harrison

William Boggs’ annual status hearing took place Wednesday morning.

Boggs faced two counts of first degree murder in the 2005 stabbing deaths of Heather Conner and Michael Mueller at the Clarksburg Hardee’s.

He was in the Harrison County courtroom via video conference.

It was once again deemed that Boggs isn’t fit to stand trial.

The lone change in his status was that he recently underwent tendon surgery on his wrist, which he’ll receive a follow-up.

His next status hearing is scheduled for August 1, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in the Harrison County Courthouse.
