CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice is scheduled to address the state during his virtual news briefing at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, his office announced.

During Thursday’s briefing, Justice and state officials announced additional testing for West Virginia’s minority communities. Justice also announced reopening dates and guidelines for gyms, whitewater rafting businesses and other parts of the outdoor recreation industry.
