Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon: Ideal Protein


Lose weight while cutting down on your trips to the grocery store – for many people, it’s pretty “ideal!”

Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon said one of its programs helps you do just that, and it’s easy as 1-2-3-4!  Ideal Protein is a medically-designed partial meal-replacement program. 

“If you need to lose 10 pounds before a big event or lose 100 pounds, we get you in a fat-burning state, but with the ideal amount of protein, we actually protect muscle mass as well,” said Kristen Cooley of Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon. “The typical person on the Ideal Protein protocol will consume three Ideal Protein products a day, plus a real meal at the end of the day. You’ll have a whole protein and two cups of select vegetables.”

And the possibilities are endless, from breakfast favorites like omelets and maple-flavored oatmeal to entrees like the Macaroni and Cheese or Mushroom and Parmesan Couscous Risotto.

“The support you receive from here at Tuscan is one-on-one coaching. Every week you’ll come in, and we’ll do your measurements and your weight.  But you also have an online portal and an app for your phone. You can look up recipes you can use for your dinner at night, and recipes that you can use the Ideal Protein products in to make it a little bit more creative,” said Cooley.
