‘Days of Our Lives’ Soap Opera stars appear in Morgantown for book signing

Saturday afternoon, stars from the soap opera ‘Days of our Lives’ appeared at the Morgantown Barnes and Noble for a book signing.

Real life couple Bill Hayes and Susan Seaforth Hayes spoke and signed copies of their book, the memoir “Like Sands Through the Hourglass.”

The two are familiar with the state. 

Bill Hayes earned his doctorate in education at WVU and the couple also appeared in many West Virginia Public Theatre shows throughout the years.

“This is our family. The days of our lives family. Viewers all over the country, and they all look like this. They talk like this, and they are excited about it. And we’re thrilled to be here,” said Bill Hayes, Days of Our Lives star. 

A huge crowd showed up for the event, and listened while the couple talked about the experience of being on the set of ‘Days of our Lives’ together.
