Joe R. Pyle Auction and Realty was at the Waterfront Marriott in Morgantown Wednesday to auction off the former penthouse of Mylan “Mike” Puskar.

The former residence was owned by the Puskar Trust, and a minimum confidential bid was set in place for the sale. The penthouse has been featured on the cover of Dupont Registry, which features luxury real estate and automobiles. A lot of high-end amenities are included in this property.

“There are four bedrooms here and eight bathrooms. All of the marble was imported from Italy, and just a splendid kitchen as you can see behind us here. The amenities just go on and on. Convenience wise, you pull into the basement garage, and you have seven parking spots going with this,” said Joe R. Pyle, owner of Joe R. Pyle Auction and Realty.

Puskar’s penthouse was sold at auction to the highest bidder for $1,430,000. The money from the auction will go into the Puskar Trust to help the community.
