As we begin to transition slowly within seasons, the focus of many people have the stress of allergy seasons.
“Typically in the northeast or if you live anywhere near Pine trees you have seen the yellow dust everywhere on your car on the ground.”
It may be hard to keep track with the fluctuating of your allergies, but Dr. Bezzeck said there are preventative measures that we all can take through the different seasons.
“The best thing to do is to wear a mask. If you can’t wear a mask then you have to change your clothes frequently shower frequently to get the pollen off your skin off your clothes if you go on your car and you have to turn on your air conditioner leave the windows down for the first five minutes because there’s pollen in the air.”
