Three shelters in North Central West Virginia will be participating in a national event all day Sunday, creating better adoption opportunities for more sheltered animals.
“All of our adoption fees will be waived except for kittens they will be $50 and you will still receive your $50 voucher with that, and we are working on clearing out the shelters so we can bring more animals in and keep things moving and kind of get a little bit of a fresh start and find lots of new homes for everybody waiting here.” said Frankie Spatafore, Animal Care Associate at the Marion County Humane Society.
The ‘Clear the Shelters’ campaign will take place tomorrow at the Animal Friends of Barbour County. Harrison County Humane Society and Marion County Humane Society.
