PACE Enterprises opened up its new office in Fairmont today.
PACE provides employment training and placement services for people with disabilities.
The company opened its doors in Morgantown in 1972.
The new space, located on Country Club Road, will have six employees and serve twenty four clients to start.
Relocating into this facility is based on needing more space to serve more individuals.
“The reality turned out to be about 300-percent larger than what we planned on. And we’re grateful for the partnership we had, but we simply needed more space. And we appreciate the support that Marion county has shown us so far,” said Greg Morris, Pace President/CEO.
Morris also said most of PACE’s clients find jobs within their company or with other local businesses.
