The 39th Annual West Virginia Three Rivers Festival officially started Thursday afternoon, as the three-day event kicked off with a grand feature parade.
Palatine Park will have free events for all ages to enjoy throughout the weekend including karaoke, wood carving, magicians, pepperoni roll bake-offs and even a car show.
