The Small Business Administration of Emerging Leaders host an ‘Emerging Leaders Graduation’ at Muriale’s Italian Kitchen Thursday evening.
The SBA identifies businesses across the nation demonstrating high growth potential and provides free intensive business education courses. Those businesses identified by the SBA are provided with opportunities to work with experienced business coaches and mentors, attend workshops, and develop connections with their peers, local leaders, and the financial community.
“For me the most beneficial part was when the talked about cost finances, and how to make sure you know as a business owner you need to know what the status of your finances are, If not you know you can’t just depend on your CPA and accountant,” said Roya Maher, President and Owner of A3L Federal Works.
Each business owner who graduated was provided with and in-depth, six-month course in organizational management, growth strategies and management, market development, and strategic growth.
