Restaurants across the state are serving up Friday’s man dish: spaghetti and meatballs.
Minard’s Spaghetti Inn in Clarksburg is celebrating “National Spaghetti Day” with an all-you-can-eat special.
Manager and cook, Mike Minard, says his grandmother and her sister began selling their spaghetti in 1937.
He says the secret to delicious spaghetti is sticking to grandma’s recipe.
“We’ve never strayed from the original recipe,” said Minard. “Top quality products that we get from our vendors, but that’s probably the biggest thing is being consistent and sticking to the recipe.”
Minard’s will be serving all-you-can-eat spaghetti until 9 p.m. on Friday.
