Kentucky sheriff’s department search for missing man

The Martin County Sheriff’s Department has asked for the public’s help in locating a missing man who was last seen a week ago.

On Friday, February 24, dispatchers received a complaint, and a spoke to the mother of John Travis Kendrick.

She told deputies that she had not seen Kendrick since he left their home at  6 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20.

John Travis Kendrick also goes by the name ‘John Perry.’

Kendrick is a white male with green eyes, black hair and a tattoo on his left arm. He is approximately 6′ tall and weighs about 110 pounds. Kendrick was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

His mother told deputies that he took a red gym bag with a pair of sweatpants.
