Farmer’s markets are held all over the state but one market stays in Morgantown throughout all four seasons of the year.
The Bazaar Farmer’s Market is held every Saturday on Fayette Street in downtown Morgantown from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
This market has more than 30 local vendors every week that focus on providing locally grown food to local people.
Board member, Charles DeBerry, said this market has been happening for nearly 20 years as a way of giving back to the community.
“Our market is all grower only so everything that’s sold here is produced by the growers that are here at the market, just just a great place to get good food and buy local,” said DeBerry.
The Bazaar market will be held outside at the same location until the first Saturday in November when it will be moved indoors for the winter months.
