April 7-13 is National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
Every year, millions of Americans are affected by crime.
The Preston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is taking time to celebrate progress, raise awareness of victims’ rights and services, and stand with those whose lives have been forever altered.
“We try to recognize this week. Bring awareness to this week. Let crime victims know that they’re not alone and we’re here to support them and guide them through the criminal justice process,” said Stacy Greaser, Preston County Victim Advocate.
