The Elkins business community welcomed the Boost Mobile family during today’s ribbon cutting event.
Boost Mobile opened its doors in October and has been working with the local community to support growth in the area. Boost Mobile partnered with Randolph County United Way to donate a portion of the day’s sales to support local non-profits.
“United Way receives a lot of the funding from local businesses and local partners such as new businesses in the area. They mean a lot to us in terms of reaching our goal which in turn means that all of our agencies get fully funded for the campaign year,” said Randolph County United Way Executive Director Karrah Washington.
The ribbon cutting event was hosted at the new storefront on Harrison Avenue at the Tygart Valley Mall in Elkins.
