Children’s Advocacy Center participates in national campaign

Randolph

The Randolph-Tucker Children’s Advocacy Center participated in a national movement to raise awareness about child sexual abuse.

The Luminaria Event, #WorthDefending, on November 4, originated in Utah with the Younique Foundation with the goal to spread awareness nationally. Children’s names were written on bags and lit up all over the nation and throughout Elkins.

RTCAC Executive Director Margot Evick said every child’s light is worth defending and working with community partners to support children and their families will continue to be the top priority.
