A woman who tried to use someone else’s urine to pass a court ordered drug test learned her fate on Monday.

When she was given a chance to speak, Kiana Bri’en Wallance apologized to the court and the probation officer.

Wallace was sentenced to the maximum: 18 months in the state prison.

Officials say they discovered it wasn’t her urine after she mistakenly admitted so when the test came back positive.

“So let me get this straight. To avoid the positive test with your own urine, you used someone else’s urine who turned out to be positive also. That’s bizarre. That’s absolutely bizarre. You have a bottle of fake urine which was positive in your own body,” said Judge Frank Fregiato.

Judge Fregiato said Wallace attempted to derail the whole system of drug court and drug testing.

He said he will not allow her to make a mockery of drug and alcohol testing in Belmont County.
