The Tyler County Sheriff’s Office is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information relating to the person responsible for a burglary, robbery and assault during the commission of a felony.

The incident occurred in January of 2016 at the residence of Paul and Janice Wells on Oil Ridge Road.

“Sheriff Weigle and I are committed to doing everything we can to see the day when anyone responsible for perpetrating these despicable crimes upon Mr. and Mrs. Wells are brought to justice,” said Prosecuting Attorney D. Luke Furbee.

If you have any information, the sheriff’s office asks you to contact Detective Sgt. Scott Dalrymple at (304) 758-4229. The sheriff also says that all contacts will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.
