Wednesday Monongalia County elementary students learned about jobs that make use of America’s roadways.
Ridgedale Elementary held its ‘Career on Wheels Day.’
Students got a close look at several vehicles, including a police car, fire truck, and a medical helicopter.
Students even took on the role of a WBOY reporter, asking each other what they most enjoyed about today’s event.
Students also learned the importance of fire safety and what they can do to help prevent forest fires.
