Each year the holiday season brings about caroling, Christmas shopping and of course eating your favorite Christmas candy. The website CandyStore.com recently did a study, surveying over to find out which Christmas Candy is popular in each U.S. state.
According to the study, West Virginians’ favorite holiday treat is peppermint bark. Peppermint bark was a favorite among other states as well, including Kansas, Nevada, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
The study also detailed the second and third most popular Christmas candies for each state. In West Virginia, these candies weren’t the traditional treats one would think of as holiday favorites with Pez in second place, and Jolly Ranchers in third place.
