GRAFTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources held its Taylor County job fair Thursday.
12 different employers and organizations came to the Taylor County Public Library in Grafton to reach out to prospective employees.
A representative with the DHHR says the job fair is for anyone looking for work, but also for those receiving SNAP benefits.
Employers at the fair say it’s a great way to get their companies name out.
“Not only are we getting our name out, but we are giving our website where the potential employees can go online and search for our jobs and apply for the jobs right on our website,” Andy Fowler of Winans Services said.
The West Virginia DHHR will hold another job fair in Clarksburg in June.
