The Randolph County Humane Society holds Wine, Spirits and Whiskers fundraiser


Community members in Elkins were able to eat pizza and drink wine while giving back to a good cause.

The Randolph County Humane Society held it’s ‘Wine, Spirits and Whiskers’ fundraiser Wednesday night at Vintage, a restaurant in Elkins.

Over 1000 animals rely on the society and events like this help to manage the costs.

Pizza was available to those in attendance and a Wine Pull raffle of 45 wine bottles was held. Prize bottles were priced anywhere from $14 to over $200.

The president for the society Tina Vial is happy to work in such a open community. “We could not do what we do if it weren’t for the wonderful support of this community and we always want to make sure that they have fun things to attend.”
