CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation alongside the presidential proclamation, ordering all U.S. and WV flags on all State-owned facilities to be displayed at half-staff, “beginning immediately” and continuing till Saturday, May 28 in honor of the victims of today’s Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, TX.
The proclamation will be formally signed tomorrow and be made available here.
