ELKINS, W.Va (WBOY) – The Elkins Tigers are the girls soccer champions of Class AA-A Region II, Section 2 with a win over Herbert Hoover on Wednesday.
The Tigers held off a late push to pick up a 3-1 win and advance to the Region II finals next week.
