Fairmont State head coach McDonald announces retirement

Fairmont State head women’s basketball coach, Steve McDonald, announced his retirement, Friday.  McDonald is the program’s all-time leader in wins, finishing with 367.  He also led the Lady Falcons to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2005.

Assistant coach, Stephanie Anderson, has been named interim head coach while a national search is underway.
