Granville’s Hampton Inn and Suites located just down the street from Black Bears Baseball Stadium hosted its grand opening for the Loft Office and Conference Center.
The building is part of a mix use development with retail and other businesses in the complex. Granville is the fifth location of Loft Office with the addition of a conference center. Representatives of Horizon Properties Group said the conference center will be able to handle banquets, training for businesses, and social events seating up to one hundred people.
“There is a lot of technology involved in how you office now these days, and that is all integrated into both the Loft Office coworking suite as well as the conference center. So, we’ll just be educating the public and hopefully find interest in those who would want an office here’” said Michael Swisher, Principal of Horizon Properties Group.
Loft Office provides work desks, offices, suites, and open seating access including furniture, meeting rooms, and more. Both office and suite space is up for lease, an office space can be leased for a little as $95/per month or a suite for $1,500 or more.
