The Phil Gainer Community Center in Randolph County was sold out for the third annual Elkins Community Christmas Bazaar.

More than 30 vendors set up shop for the shopping event and families got to spend a little one-on-one time with Santa.  The Bazaar is hosted as a way to welcome in the Christmas season with a little shopping, food, and family-friendly activities.

“We took this on, not just as a craft show, we took this on to provide some event that people and their families to come and the kids.  They can do their shopping.  The emphasis is not just on selling it’s also on community,” said Volunteer Event Coordinator Pam Johnson.

The event was hosted throughout the day and vendors closed down just in time for the Christmas Tree Lighting with cookies and cocoa.
