Friday – Sunday (March 8 – 10)
The Morgantown Home Show will be held at the Ruby Community Center at Mylan Park this weekend. The event will be held from 12 – 7 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday. The event is hosted by the North Central West Virginia Home Builders Association.
The WVU Baseball Team will host a home series against Kent State this weekend at the Monongalia County Ballpark. The games will begin on Friday at 3 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. For the latest on the WVU Baseball Team, visit wvillustrated.com.

The NCAA 2019 Rifle Championship will be held at the WVU Coliseum on Saturday and Sunday. Gates will open both days at 8:30 a.m. WVU will be competing to earn their 20th national title. Friday (March 8)
The West Virginia University Planetarium will be hosting a planetarium show called ‘Ultimate Universe’ on Saturday. There will be two shows, with one beginning at 7 p.m. and one beginning at 8 p.m. Admission is free and doors open 15 minutes prior to the show. The WVU Planetarium is located on the 5th floor of White Hall on WVU’s downtown campus.
Saturday (March 9)
Morgantown High School will be hosting Mohigan Idol on Saturday, beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday. The event will be held at the Metropolitan Theater in downtown Morgantown. All Monongalia County students in grades k-12 are eligible to compete. This fundraising event will benefit WVU Medicine Children’s. More information can be found here.
The Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center will have a special showing of Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban on Saturday at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
The Bridgeport Public Library will be hosting a kid’s matinee of Ralph Breaks the Internet at the library at 1 p.m.
The Downtown Morgantown Art Crawl will be held on Saturday from 6 – 9 p.m. on High Street. This event will feature local music, visual art, handmade goods, fashion and more. Attendees can travel door-to-door through participating stores in downtown Morgantown.
The Randolph County Humane Society Spay-ghetti Dinner will be held at the Phil Gainer Community Center in Elkins on Saturday from 4 – 7 p.m. This spaghetti dinner is held in recognition of National Spay/Neuter Day. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10. Proceeds will support the humane society’s spay/neuter fund.
Sunday (March 10)
The Bridgeport Farmer’s Market will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Market on Sunday at the Bridgeport Conference Center from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. The farmer’s market will have seasonal produce, farm-raised meets, farm-fresh eggs, baked goods artisan products and more for sale. Attendees can also enjoy a Sunday Brunch and Bloody Mary Bar.
